Our Silver Needles has been plucked from tea bushes in the region where the tea plant originally comes from - the remote Yunnan Province in the south of China. Yunnan is where Sheng Nung allegedly discovered tea whilst sitting under a tree, almost 5000 years ago in 2737 BC.

Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon (around 2 grams) in 85°C water for 3-5 minutes. The result should be an appetising straw yellow coloured liquor.
We package all of our teas in resealable bags made of wood pulp starch. When placed in a composting environment, they will break down to compost within 3 months.
