Tightly rolled spirals of green tea leaves covered in little white hairs, yielding a crisp and refreshing beverage with a peach-like aroma and a soft, smooth and nutty flavour.
This tea was harvested in April 2020 in Suzhou, in China's Jiangsu Province.

Infuse 1 teaspoon (around 2 grams) in 85°C water for 3-5 minutes. The result should be a vibrant jade green coloured liquor.
We package all of our teas in resealable bags made of wood pulp starch. When placed in a composting environment, they will break down to compost within 3 months.
