





Da Hong Pao is slowly baked over a hot charcoal fire, resulting in a heavy oxidisation and a smoky flavour. A close competitor with Tie Guan Yin as being the most famous Oolong tea in the world.
Picked in September 2020 in the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, China. Also known as Wuyi Rock Tea or Big Red Robe, this is one of China’s most famous teas and the so-called ‘King of Oolong’.

Infuse 1 heaped teaspoon (around 2 grams) in 90°C water for 3-5 minutes.
