A delicious roasted green tea that was once reserved only for the Emperors of China, but now considered to be the world’s most famous green tea. The leaves have a unique flat shape, and deliver a complex, slightly-grassy and toasted flavour.
Our Longjing is grown in the hills surrounding the tea-famous city of Hangzhou, in China's Zhejiang Province. The leaves, picked at the start of spring time, are taken in small quantities into a wok-like pan where they are heated up and pressed to the bottom of the pan.
