A delicate oolong tea with floral and fruity notes. When infused with hot water, the leaves magically uncurl and expand, releasing their wonderful fresh flavour.
The leaves, grown in Anxi County, Fujian, China, are lightly oxidised and tightly rolled. The tea is named after the Goddess of Mercy Guanyin, who gifted the original shoots for this tea to an impoverished Chinese farmer.
