Our White Peony is grown in the home of white tea itself, Fuding City in China's Fujian Province. White tea is the last processed type of tea, the leaves are picked in spring and dried in bamboo baskets under the sun - that's it! Compared to its counterpart white tea Silver Needles, White Peony has a slightly thicker mouthfeel as its made using two leaves for every one bud.
